Shaping equality

We want all of our candidates to feel valued, appreciated, and free to be who they are. Our selection process is designed to prevent discrimination against any person regardless of gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, age, neurodiversity, disability status, citizenship, or any other aspect which makes them unique.

While we have more work to do to advance diversity and inclusion, we’re committed to positive change in the following ways:

  • We make sure the job advertisements we use are non-discriminatory and reach all suitable potential job applicants. We do this by clearly defining the job responsibilities, and the skills required, and use inclusive language that doesn’t alienate from certain demographics.
  • We use multiple platforms for advertising our jobs and a variety of tools to help us connect with diverse talent.
  • Our selection is based on merit and the ability to do the job, regardless of sex, race, disability, age, sexual orientation, religion, or philosophical belief.
  • We ensure that no job applicant or candidate receives less favourable treatment on any grounds that might be considered discriminatory.
