A London-based social agency is looking for a Senior Creative to join their team.

They’re looking for an experienced Senior Creative who can concept, pitch, develop and deliver social-first campaigns for the agency’s growing roster of clients, which includes food, cosmetic and beauty, and technology brands. Their creative team works closely with their in-house production team, so the drive and determination to roll-up your sleeves and help great ideas become a reality is a must.

You have a love of brands and an inherent interest in growing them on social, and you’re on the lookout for an exciting new opportunity in a fast-paced environment. You should be a social native – you know the platforms, the trends and what’s next in the digital world. You’ll be confident, vocal and professional, comfortable pitching ideas presenting in front of clients and attending shoots.

Responsibilities

• Translating data and insight into effective social-first creative that delivers genuine, measurable results

• Working closely with their strategy and production teams on creative ideation and execution

• Pitching creative ideas and developing positive, trusting client relationships that encourage collaboration and create opportunities

• Supporting junior creatives and helping to develop the structure of the creative process as the team continues to grow

  • Familiarity with social platforms, and knowledge of what’s coming next in the digital world
  • Love of brands and an interest in growing them on social
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to run multiple projects simultaneously
  • A team player who is willing to pitch in wherever needed
  • Confident and professional
  • Three or more years of agency or industry experience within advertising
  • A background as a Creative Copywriter or Art Director
