A multidisciplinary creative studio in London that merges high concept art with graphic design is looking for a Senior Project Manager

They combine this unique fusion to create truly engaging interior spaces from one-off art installations to entire art programs, interior graphics and large-scale architectural features.

The studio’s clients range from large fashion brands, art festivals right through to cutting-edge technology brands.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the studio, looking after your clients and the logistics of their exciting projects from initial briefing through installation. You will be an integral part of the Projects Team and work closely with the New Business Team, Creative Director, and Managing Director.

You will…

● Act as main point of contact for clients from conception through after-sales care

● Deliver projects within agreed budget and deadlines

● Create costing documents for clients including estimates, quotes, SOWs and finalised fee

agreements

● Manage multiple projects at a time with a range of budgets

● Work closely with suppliers to negotiate and agree prices

● Work closely with Creatives to advise on how projects can be executed in terms of materiality

and techniques

● Source materials, products, and props for projects

● Coordinate site visits and communicate information to the internal team

● Oversee installations on site

● Act as the main point of communication for clients, suppliers, and collaborators

  • Prior project management experience in a creative studio
  • Proven experience delivering three-dimensional projects at scale, working with a range of different teams and on-site logistics
  • Experience handling accounts and dealing directly with large clients
  • Experience working with relatively large production budgets up to $1,000,000
  • Excellent organizational skills
