Who You Are:
Experience Matters: You bring to the table a minimum of 4 years of experience, honed in product, studio, or agency settings. You’re a potential future leader who can evolve into a Head of Brand.
Design Dynamo: Your expertise encompasses both Graphic and digital design, and you’ve got a portfolio that dazzles.
Marketing Maestro: You’ve demonstrated your prowess in designing for marketing campaigns, spanning Social, Paid, and Email.
Design Tools: You’re well-versed in the Adobe Suite and/or Figma, navigating these tools with ease.
Guidelines and Accessibility: You’re no stranger to working within brand guidelines while ensuring accessibility is at the forefront of your designs.
What the Job Involves:
Join an exciting tech startup as a Graphic and Digital Designer, where you’ll find an opportunity to showcase your diverse skill set. Here, you’ll be entrusted with ownership of Graphic, Digital, and Marketing design work.
Graphic Focus: Your primary focus will be on Graphic Design, particularly for digital marketing campaigns and future advertising campaigns, including out-of-home advertising.
Conceptual Creativity: We value a conceptually-minded approach, and examples of your creative ideation for print campaigns would be highly beneficial.
A Collaborative Journey: You won’t be working in isolation. Expect to collaborate cross-functionally with various teams, including Product, Marketing, CRM, and Sales.
Market-Leading Exposure: Get ready to dive into some of their market-leading products.
Design Mastery: Your creative talents will shine as you craft graphic and digital design work, covering everything from website content and email templates to social media, pitch decks, brochures, and community artwork.
Brand Custodian: Uphold and champion their brand identity, ensuring their content remains visually captivating, engaging, and consistently on-brand.
Mission-Driven: Join forces with their dynamic team and contribute to the company’s mission of elevating later life for everyone.
Team Collaboration: You’ll be in a team with a Head of Product and a Product Designer, ensuring that your focus remains on Graphic Design.
Salary Range: £40,000 to £50,000 per year.
They’ve streamlined their application process to three stages, which includes a task. Expect to meet the Head of Talent, followed by an interview with the Head of Product, and culminating in a final interview with their Founders. They aim to complete this process in approximately two weeks.
