A global social-first agency recognised as one of the UK’s best places to work is looking for a Mid-weight Creative to join their award-winning Creative Team at their London HQ.
They deliver world-class integrated campaigns and strategies based on social insights for forward-thinking brands, ranging from innovative social media and gaming activations; to long-form videos and short, impactful social content. They create stories, not just social media posts, from a 12-month roadmap to real-time reactive conversations.
Main responsibilities
- To create cut-through ideas for leading clients, both local and global
- Lead Art Direction across integrated campaigns
- Always strive for creative excellence
- Take ownership of your creative: from conception to production
- Present your work to leading international clients
- Work closely with the Creative Director
- Push the boundaries for innovation on social platforms
- Contribute to pitches
- Collaborate with the wider Creative, Technology, Editorial and Production teams

- At least 2 years of experience in an agency as a Creative (Art Director or Copywriter)
- Know how to concept the 'big idea'
